The newly restructured "Staff Assistant" program offers a chance for those in high school to be a part of the camp staff. One Staff Assistant is assigned to each bunk and works hand-in-hand with the counselor. The Staff Assistants are an invaluable addition to the camp. They help with every aspect of the camp life and are looked up to by all of the campers. This is a great experience for all who participate in it, and is a priceless learning opportunity for those interested in being future counselors at Camp Darom or elsewhere.

This program is open to those entering the 9th and 10th grades.
